The Office of University Communications and Marketing is happy to provide design project solutions for clients who are aligned with the University of Pittsburgh brand. If you're working with us for the first time, we invite you to learn more about our design intake and delivery process and timelines to gain a better understanding of what to expect.
Your design project is important to you and, therefore, to us. We partner with colleagues across the University to deliver high-quality print and digital design materials.
Our services include:
- Designing, editing and providing print/production of magazines, annual reports, brochures, banner stands, ads, digital graphics, social media campaigns, and more
- Providing ADA-compliant, accessible designs
- Providing unit logos (shield and signature) that are in keeping with University of Pittsburgh identity guidelines
If your project requires writing support, we can recommend freelance writers who may be available to assist you.
If your project requires a very small print quantity (examples might include posters, flyers or event programs) or has an aggressive deadline or comes to us when our staff is fully engaged in other projects, we will refer you to the list of the University-approved graphic design suppliers identified by Purchase, Pay and Travel. Please be aware that these suppliers will charge for their design services.
If your design request is aligned with the services we provide, please submit your project request below. We will reach out to you for your input, create a project schedule, begin work and keep you apprised—right up to delivery.
